Guild Charter: Guild Chat and forums
In Game:
Keep it civil and polite and appropriate. Remember this guild is occupied by people all ages, races and genders. Be considerate
On forums:
Same as above but topics of pornographic or inappropriate nature (graphic intense pictures for example) are not allowed. If you really want to post or share something that is in this grey area put a disclaimer warning first, but most of the time it shouldn’t really belong on this forum. Remember, if something is obviously offensive to any particular age/race/gender don’t post it.
Harassment Issues
Firstly it is not harassment until you ask the person to stop and they STILL continue the behavior. Please use clear words to state that you don’t wish for this action/behavior to be done on you.
Joking around is fine along as there are BOUNDARIES - If you are asked to stop a behavior a mystify member finds as harassing you are expected to stop. You're not forced to like any members in mystify but you are expected to get along like adults.
Discrimination
Someone’s race, culture, political ideals or opinions should not be insulted. If it’s a joke, then keep in mind it can still be offensive even if YOU think it’s not. Even if you are that race it doesn’t’ justify the offensiveness of the joke because it can reflect to others. Keep things respectable and mind the context of what is said.
Disagreements
Be aware of different opinions, consider constructive over negative comments. You don’t have to agree with all members in Mystify, but everyone is allowed their opinion. However consider your own opinion, if it is obviously one that will offend a certain group consider using polite overtones and keep the dialog civil. Flaming may occur in the heat of the moment, but excessive and blatant intentional flaming is seriously frowned upon. All disagreements should focus on the issues.
Do not expect/demand handouts
Just because you are in Mystify doesn’t mean other members are forced to help you with loans, items, etc. Everyone has different circles of comfort, trust and friendship – things that take time to form. Do not get mad if someone does not want to take the time to help you. However if you are in this guild and you actively stray from guild activities and its members, aside from reasons such as real life obligations, you have to question your purpose in this guild.
What if you don’t know how to handle a situation or an ongoing problem?:
Take a screenshot of what was said (In as much context as possible) post in mystify general discussion forums; GL and members can help talk things out.

Spam
Do not spam in guild chat unless you are one of the guild leaders. It's okay to have fun, but please stop if many people complain and the guild leader(s) request(s) you to stop
Player Killing
The following are not allowed in Mystify unless in self-defense or in extreme reasons
1. PKing people on SS
2. PKing people entering dungeons
3. Intentional mob training to cause death
4. Intentional delevelling of players in parties
Give verbal warnings:
If someone is harassing, KS'ing (Kill Stealing) or threatening you, attempt reason, explain the situation and kindly ask the person to stop. If push comes to shove give verbal warnings before you PK them.
Don't harm innocents:
If someone gravely wronged you, you're allowed to defend yourself. But please don't exaggerate and make sure you don't get other people involved. Make sure you have the right name first.
Applicants
Point any potential recruits to our forums. Make sure they know the application format and where to post their application. If there is any issues with registering with the forum, contact GL through Rappelz.
Alts
Alts are allowed in Mystify provided the MAIN character is in the guild.
Mystify's rule regarding Gleave admittance to the guild
To all members who are considering the gleave action:
First if you are going to gleave please do your best to speak with a GL or post a thread in the forums to let the collective guild know. If you fail to do this before you gleave you will HAVE to repost an application to our forums as if to reapply to the guild if you want back in.
Understand that if you take the time to leave Mystify, but regret or regard the gleave as a mistake, you should take the time to reapply.
Consequences
Remember you carry the Mystify logo so you help carry our guild image.
If any of the above are breached in forums the system below will be used by moderators and GLs alike. If it is a IN game breach members are expected to take a screenshot of the incident to help support discussions on forums
A valid Screen shot must contain:
The whole conversation (beginning middle and end.)
Each screen shot must contain the last sentence from the previous post.
If any of the guild charters are breached during a thread/post moderators are expected to EDIT the post with the following template messages depending on the warning level. (DO NOT DELETE OR EDIT THE CONTENT OF THE POST - LEAVE IT FOR EVIDENCE)
1st breach
The following comment is inappropriate behavior according to our guild charter - (insert breach issue).This your 1st warning by a moderator. Do not repeat this behavior/incident or else you will face a 7 day forum suspension.
2st breach
The following comment is inappropriate behavior according to our guild charter (insert breach issue). This is your 2nd breach resulting in an additional 7 day forum suspension of your account.
3rd breach
The following comment is inappropriate behavior according to our guild charter (insert breach issue). You have broken your 3rd breach after being warned. Offenders will be kicked from guild.
As you can see, all members will have 2 total strike warnings before gkick on the 3rd strike with a 7 day forum suspension on the 2nd strike.
